Welcome to the dialogue open to all interested in youths sports. We strive for excellence in those things we are passionate about and if you are like most parents, coaches and youth sports supporters, when the kids are on the field you are filled with hopes and expectations, some realized while others delayed. Youth sports is a part of our culture and without it you would never have seen the birth of professional sports. We could date this progresson back to the birth of the Olympic games, but then again, when was the first game ever played. Botton line, competition in any form, call it stress, call in pressure, the result can be ruin or diamonds. Perserving the youth in this endeavor is foremost for most sports programs, and parents but maintaining that in the face of a growing demand for better performance can't be overlooked.
